Refund Policy

Booking & Payment

All coaching, consulting, and advisory sessions must be booked in advance, with payment required ahead of the booking. Refunds will be issued using a method agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Where preparation, development, or materials have already been completed before a cancellation, an administrative fee will be deducted from any refund in line with the contract.

Client Cancellations

Client cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. Sessions may be moved free of charge, but if any preparation, development, or materials have already been completed, an administrative fee will be deducted from the refund: £25 for individual clients and £100 for business bookings, as agreed in your contract.

Cancellations by ClearQuest Consulting

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If we cancel a session within the same 48‑hour window, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, even if material has been created, or,

  • An alternative session time that suits you

 

​Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session more than 48 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation and is not eligible for a refund.

No‑Show Policy

If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non‑refundable.

Non‑Refundable Services

Any bespoke materials, reports, or customised consulting work completed before cancellation are non‑refundable. This includes business bookings, where any preparation, development, or materials produced up to the point of cancellation are also non‑refundable and will be defined clearly in your contract.
