We provide management and leadership consulting, coaching, and advisory services, supported by CMI‑accredited qualifications up to Level 7, delivered in line with the terms set out in your contract and operating within the United Kingdom.

Use this site lawfully, avoid unauthorised access, and do not copy or misuse any content. Access may be restricted if these terms are breached.

Our Services
We offer coaching, consulting, and professional development support. Service details, scope, and pricing are agreed following a free consultation and confirmed in your contract.

Payments
All coaching, consulting, and advisory sessions must be booked in advance, and payment must be made ahead of the booking. Accepted payment methods include invoice or bank transfer, with all payment terms agreed and confirmed in writing following the contract.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session receive a full refund. Once you are within the 48‑hour window, cancellations are not permitted.
- For business bookings, cancellation terms depend on the work completed and will be clearly stated in your contract. If we cancel within 48 hours, you may choose a refund or a new session time.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, engage constructively, and attend agreed session times. Expectations and responsibilities are confirmed during the consultation and detailed in your contract.

Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of ClearQuest Consulting and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services, except where UK law states otherwise. Clients remain responsible for decisions and actions taken following coaching or consulting. Contract terms apply in addition to this clause.

Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
